New Patient Registration

Due to the Coronavirus outbreak we are trying to limit the number of people attending the practice. If you would like to register as a new patient then please complete both forms on the 'Registering Online' tab.  Please provide your NHS number, this can be obtained by contacting your previous GP practice. Once you have submitted the forms the practice will confirm you live within our catchment area and process your registration.

Please note - you may be asked to provide ID and complete additional forms at a later date.

We are pleased to accept new patients from anywhere within our practice area.

Please call in at the surgery between 1pm - 3pm Monday to Friday and bring your medical card/NHS number together with proof of address  a copy of any repeat medication and if possible a medical summary from your previous GP with you. If accepted, an appointment will be then made for you with one of our practice nurses for a health check.

Patients with Particular Needs

Our surgery is accessible to patients using a wheelchair. We also have a parking space reserved for patients displaying a disabled sticker. For patients with hearing difficulties there is a hearing loop available.

We can arrange interpretation and translation services in person or by phone for patients who do not speak English. Please let us know if you need this service when booking an appointment.
